I don’t know about you, but life with my energetic two-year-old finds me looking for options to keep her occupied, interested, and hopefully saving my pregnant self a little energy on the side. Several times a month, you can find us at our local library, picking out all her favorite board books. Here is a list that constantly seems to find their way home with us, time-after-time. These books are two-year-certified favorites!
–Giddy Up, Li’l Buckaroos by Mark Iacolina
–Grandma Calls Me Gigglepie by J.D. Lester
–My Dad Is The Best Playground by Luciana Navarro Powell
–The Pout Pout Fish by Deborah Diesen
–The Babies On The Bus by Karen Katz
–The Foot Book by Dr. Suess
–You Are My Little Pumpkin Pie by Amy Sklanksy
–Let’s Go To The Library by Scholastic Inc.
–Baby Says Peekaboo by Dawn Sirett/DK Publishing
–Barnyard Dance by Sandra Boynton
On days where you need a free, interesting option for your toddler, head to your local library and check out some of my two-year-old’s favorite finds!

Thank you for this list! Sandra Boynton and Karen Katz are two of our favorites. Our library doesn’t have the books that my mom used to read when I was little!
