The Adventures of Baby Jesus

Our toddler received a plastic Nativity set (made by Little People) as a gift two Christmases ago, and it instantly became a favorite. She plays with it non-stop from when it comes out with the Christmas decorations to when it goes back up after New Year’s. After her bedtime each night during the Christmas season, I straightened up the Nativity set and it would always be an adventure to find where she had put Baby Jesus.  Without fail, it would be a surprise to see where He resurrected… on a daily basis. I blogged about it a little bit last year (you can see that post here: https://abbeydraa.wordpress.com/2013/12/12/christmas-toddler-style/), and decided to document it again this year (this year, ALL the Nativity homies got involved). Thus begins the 2014 Adventures of Baby Jesus (Elf On The Shelf got nothin’ on Baby Jesus).

Cake party! Everybody loves cake… duh.

Oh, you know… just Joseph camping out in my punch bowl in the kitchen cabinet. No big deal.

Obviously, Bessie the Israeli Cow was thirsty. And, apparently, my plastic measuring cup was the obvious choice.

There’s no sleep like Tupperware sleep! Naptime for the Wisemen Trio.
